The SPAR Group Ltd, a South African company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, holds SPAR licences in four main territories: Southern Africa, Ireland (including South West England), Switzerland and Poland. The group also has a joint venture arrangement in Sri Lanka.
From South Africa, SPAR also supplies neighbouring countries such as Lesotho, Botswana, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Seychelles, Namibia, Mozambique and Eswatini.

SPAR Switzerland services a range of independent retailers that own local neighbourhood stores with a wide product range, including on-the-go and petro-convenience stores.
